Message

Welcome to Tokyo. We are sincerely happy to welcome you here.
My name is Tomioka Shigekazu, and I am the Ambassador for the Asia Junior Sports Exchange Games 2019.

We on staff at the Games will do our utmost to ensure that all participating athletes can perform to the best of their ability.
This year’s games also feature exchange between standard and para athletes.

For these days in Japan, we hope that participants will forge relationships that span language and national borders by participating, together with para athletes, in cultural exchange and other events.

With the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games coming next year, we will make every effort to show to the world that Tokyo is a city in which the next generation of people with and without disabilities can live in comfort. I hope that these games remain in your records and your memories far into the future!
