Game result

1. All the games will be conducted in accordance with the BWF LAWS OF BADMINTON and RECOMMENDATIONS TO TECHNICAL OFFICIALS and GENERAL COMPETITION　REGULATIONSthat are current as of April 1,2019.
2. BWF approved equipment Shuttle: NBA Grade 1 shuttle
3. According to the announcement, teams will enter the court.
   
4. In principle, air conditioning equipment will be used with the purpose of ensuring appropriate conditions for play.

Badminton

• After conducting the preliminary on a league basis, the main contest will take the form of Games with playoffs.
• Boys doubles, Girls doubles, Mixed doubles players must not also compete as Singles players.(This is to prevent one player from playing in all three categories.)
• The order of matches will be boys doubles, girls doubles, boys singles, girls singles, mixed doubles.
• Placings in the league will be decided according to the criteria for league placing.
• If any player is absent from a match in the order decided ,the order of play from shall be submitted with the box corresponding to the category for which the player failed to play left blank.
  In the preliminary league, the criteria for deciding place will no longer apply and the team will be placed last. In the playoff league, subsequent matches will be invalidated, and the team will be placed last in the playoff.
• All matches subsequent to a match for which a player is absent will invalidated and treated as abandoned.
  All matches other than the match in the category for which a player is absent (including during the playoff tournament) will then be treated as open matches.
• No breaks will be allowed between consecutive matches within the same round. (According to circumstances, the order of categories may be changed.) If two matches involving the same player are to be played consecutively, a break of approximately 20 minutes will be allowed.(According to circumstances, the order of categories may be changed.)
• According to the progress of matches, 3 or more matches in the same round may be played simultaneously.
• Since putting it in the order decision tournament competition, the mixed doubles when victory or defeat decided, aren't performed.The draw for the preliminary rounds will be conducted by the Tokyo Badminton Association Executive Committee on the instruction of the Referee and the Deputy Referee, who shall be appointed by the Tokyo Badminton Association. For the preliminary league, players will be seeded based on the previous competition results.

Para Badminton

• Qualifiers will be league play conducted in 3 groups, followed by a finals tournament.
• Placings in the league will be decided according to the criteria for league placing.
